Background

They started dancing carrier at an age of 14 in 2005 by joining Dancing Youth (Da-Yo) at X-Ray, a youthclub in Grünerløkka in Oslo. Later on they also were part of The Vibe, also a well known Hip Hop dance academy in Norway.

In 2007 they decided to start their own crew. Under management of Ibrar Malik, Suleman and Bilal's elder brother, they registered their own dance academy Elite Hip Hop and formed Quick with their childhood friend Nasir Sirikhan. Later on also Kim Daniel, who was a b-boy joined them. They started their own dance trainings at Trosterudklubben, a local youthclub, where they quickly formed their own unique style.

They started competing in 2007, and their first win was at the Norwegian National Championship in Streetdance, and since then, they have only won and taken top positions in all the competitions they have been in:

• Suleman & Bilal wins the 2007 National Championship in HipHop as Duo

• Suleman Malik takes 1st position in National Championship in HipHop Solo

• Bilal Malik takes 2nd position in 2007 National Championship in HipHop Solo

• Quick wins in the dance category of UKM (Ungdoms Kulturmønstring)in 2008

• Suleman & Bilal wins the title "World best HipHop Duo" at the 2008 World Championship in Streetdance

• Quick wins the title "Norway's best dance crew" at the 2008 Ntional Streetdance Championship

• May 2009 Quick wins the popular Norway's Got Talent TV Show with 22% of the public votes in the final

• Suleman & Bilal takes 3rd position (bronze medal) in the 2009 European Streetdance Championship

• Bilal Malik takes 4th position as solo dancer in the 2009 European Streetdance Championship

• Suleman & Bilal takes 5th position in the finals of the 2009 World Championship

• Suleman Malik takes 2nd position (silver medal) as solo dancer at the 2009 World Championship

• Quick wins the title "Norways best dance crew 2009" at the national dance championship

• Suleman & Bilal wins the 2009 National Championship in HipHop as Duo

• Sulmeman Malik takes 1st position in National Championship in HipHop Solo

• Bilal Malik takes 2nd position in 2009 National Championship in HipHop Solo

• Nasir Sirikhan takes 3rd position in 2009 National Championship in HipHop Solo

Quick has appeared frequently in the media, specially after winning the 2009 Norway's Got Talent. Since then they have performed at the biggest stages of Norway including the VG TOPP 20 concert, Festspillene i Bergen, NRJ In The Park, and also appeared in different TV shows and programs. They also did a Michael Jackson tribute as a opening show of the popluar TV show called "Skal Vi Dance", where they were also hired as choreographers for the competing couples.
