since 1998. The radio broadcasting started in 1998, while TV broadcasting began in 1999 after Serbian forces withdrew from Kosovo. RTV21 is the most popular channel in Kosovo. RTv21 has also other two channels 21+ and 21 Popullore. 21 Junior and 21 News are prepared for launch in September 2009.
