with just four seconds remaining in the opening round.
Going into the Western Europe final, Moks faced the more experienced Ahmed Bayrak. Like Moks, Bayrak had progressed to the final after two submission victories. In a back-and-forth fight, Moks showed his capability to endure multiple punches and ability to fight off his back which proved valuable, as Moks outlasted Bayrak to take a unanimous decision.
The win made Moks the M-1 Global Western European Champion in the middleweight division and lined him up to face Magomed Sultanakhmedov
, winner of the Eastern European Championship, for the M-1 Global Middleweight title. This title fight took place in Moscow
on December 10, 2010, at the M-1 Challenge XXII event. Rafal won the bout and is expected to hold his first title defence against Tyson Jeffries, the 2010 M-1 Global Americas Selection Champion.
