. Kvisvik is notorious for his precise shots, assists and long balls with his left foot. He has 11 caps for the Norwegian national team.
Kvisvik started his career at Moss FK in 1997. He played there to 1998 and was give a lot of the credit for the success year of Moss FK. He transferred to SK Brann the same year. At the time Brann was in a bad situation both with the economycly and was in danger of relegation. Kvisvik was given much of the honor for the good late run at the season, and Brann avoided relegation.
Kvisvik quickly became the Brann fans favorite player. Being a colorful character on and of the pitch, Kvisvik became a cult figure.
There was much sadness when Kvisvik was sold to Austria Wien
. He diden't enjoy much success there though, and was back in Brann only a year later. Once again he saved Brann from relegation. Kvisvik was sold to Fredrikstad
in 2005.
In July 2006, Kvisvik launched a single, This Is For Real, together with four other professional Norwegian footballers - Morten Gamst Pedersen
, Freddy dos Santos
, Kristofer Hæstad
, and Øyvind Svenning
. They call their band The Players
.
Kvisvik has also played for the Norwegian national floorball
team(four games), and has won the Norwegian championships four times as a player with Greåker Bulldogs.
