Redlands Airfield is an unlicenced private airfield in Wanborough
, east of Swindon

, a few miles from junction 15 of the M4. Redlands Airfield has been operating since 1990 after being granted planning permission by Swindon Borough Council for a microlight flying club and school. Over the years, skydiving, additional microlight hangarage and a cafe have been added to the portfolio offered.
Redlands is a base for microlight aviation and skydiving parachute
training. Redlands Airfield has three well drained grass runways of 750m, 407m and 274m and hangarage facilities for all microlight types. There is a 5 star 'Scores on the Doors' rated Cafe on site which is open to all Airfield visitors with ample car parking available.
Organisations based at the airfield include Redlands Microlight Club, Clearprop Microlight School. and Skydive London. Many national and local charities use the Airfield to raise money through sponsored charity jumps.
Visiting microlights are welcome at Redlands with PPR.
