The RF1 Driver Programme, formerly known as Renault Driver Development, is a program to support racing drivers since 2002 in their racing series. The programme was created by Renault F1
in 2002.
Selected drivers have to prove their potential on track and their athletics qualities. They promote Renault
in the world.
In 2011, the programme is to be renamed LRGP Academy, following the rebranding of the team to 'Lotus Renault GP'.
