The Automatic Call Distribution functionality can service blended-media (e.g. call and chat sessions) source-based to multiple groups, destination-based on availability, priority, and skill of the agents. Presence of groups of agents or individual users can be published on a web page or in an email or any other document that support HTTP. Hunt Group agents can also instantly connect back to customers so agents can see what customers see
The LinkLive UCS, based upon Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)
, encrypts all aspects of communications: voice, video, instant messaging, presence, file sharing, desktop sharing, email using Transport Layer Security (TLS)
