's Department of Engineering made use of foam molding technology to produce rice bread made from 100% rice flour.
Rice bread, being gluten-free, does not become more digestible than wheat bread, it only does not trigger the gluten sensitive immune system in the body. In many cases wheat bread remains more digestible in spite of its gluten content and the adverse effects that come along with it.
