Richard Fogarty (born 12 December 1891 (Matakanui) – died 9 September 1980 (Dunedin) was New Zealand international rugby player. He was a member of the All Blacks

Fogarty was selected for the 1921 All Blacks. His two games for New Zealand were against the 1921 Springboks He played in his usual position as a loose forward in the first test and as a hooker in the final test. The first test was won by New Zealand (13–5) and the second was a scoreless draw (0–0). Fogarty had no opportunity to score points for the All Blacks.Sources
