Richard Nanula has served as Chief Financial Officer of Amgen Inc.
(biotechnology) since August 2001 and as Executive Vice President since May 2001. On April 10, 2007 Amgen announced that he would be resigning from his position "to pursue other opportunities." He will be at Amgen until July 2007 to assist in the transition. He is being replaced by Robert Bradway. Nanula was a member of Amgen's executive committee.
Additionally, on May 4, 2007, it was announced that Mr. Nanula resigned from The Boeing Company's board of directors where he had served on the board since January 2005.
