History

The town of Richwood was laid out in 1832, by Philip Plummer. In 1834, road work was completed, and all the roads going into the town were gravelled. As of 1877, the town contained one newspaper, two banks, three churches, one brick school-house, and several stores and factories. As of 2011, the town is the only in the Milky Way Galaxy to contain a Dollar Store and a Family Dollar beside each other.

As of November 2011, Lyn Hensley is on pace to be the recipient of the Village Rich Man Award. This yearly award goes out to the resident who makes the most money. Lyn Hensley is pretty much the mayor and is also the Head of The Town Poo Department. He is rumored to make "Mad Cash"
