Ripon offers nine boys' varsity sports: football, soccer, cross country, basketball, wrestling, baseball, tennis, track, and golf, and seven girls' varsity sports: tennis, volleyball, cross country, basketball, soccer, softball, and track.

Ripon's biggest rivals include the Waupun Warriors, the Omro Foxes, the Winneconne Wolves, and the Berlin Indians.

Football

The football team has an overall record of 70-24 in the last decade. It won state football championships in 2003 and 2005. The team also reached the state quarterfinals every year from 2002 to 2006. The school's all-time football record is 341-370.

Cross Country

The Ripon girls and boys cross country teams have won a combined 10 conference titles since 1997 and have been represented at the WIAA state championships (either individually or as a team) every year since 1995.
