Road Runner Sports is a running store serving runners and triathlete runners with apparel and shoes for different running styles and activities. Road Runner Sports was founded in September 1983 by Mike Gotfredson out of his garage in Del Mar, California. The store has grown from a catalog company to over 20 retail stores across the country. The company's headquarters are in San Diego.
