Roadside America

Roadside America is an indoor miniature village and railway covering 8000 square feet (743.2 m²), created by Laurence Gieringer in 1935. It was first displayed to the public in the Rainbow Fire Company's building, and a separate exhibit was opened in Carsonia Park in 1938. In 1941 both exhibits were brought together in their current location in Shartlesville, Pennsylvania
