appointed the Right Reverend Sabino Ocan Odoki, Auxiliary Bishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Gulu, as Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Arua, until a substantive Bishop is appointed.. On October 20, 2010 he was named ordinary Bishop.
