. It has over eight parks open for public use. The park sponsors over 25 athletic programs ranging from soccer, football, basketball, and baseball for all age groups. Particularly popular youth athletic teams include the U19 Recreational Soccer team known as the Roswell Galaxy and Teen League Basketball. The Roswell Recreations Department also works closely with local middle and high schools by providing practice fields.

Waller Park Extension is a public facility owned by the Roswell Recreation and Parks Department. It has three soccer fields and soccer practice fields, two tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, two baseball fields, and a skateboard park.
