This river provides water for household and irrigation purpose around Sadalga. There are few villages namely Bhainakwadi and Vadagol are all comes under Sadalga Town Municipal. This place is very near to Maharashtra state, people would prefer to go the places like Ichalkaranji,for the market or shopping.
Town has several schools with different medium of teaching like Kannada, Marathi
