Safipur Railway station connects to Unnao and Hardoi/Balamau towns. This rail line was uprooted by the British during emergency requirements of iron during World War II, was laid back again in 1957.Main road of safipur is called as hardoi-unnao road.Buses and Jeeps ply from the Bus Stand near Court (Safipur Tahseel).there are both private as well as public buses running.State transport buses connects safipur with unnao,kanpur,hardoi,shahjahanpur and delhi.Privately owned buses ply between unnao and hardoi.
Miyanganj road,pariyar road,pikhi road,saleend road are some of the roads those connect safipur with its neighbouring towns and villages.Tempos,tangas and jeeps ply on these roads.
