. Phase 1 of the complex was completed in 1996 with a 25-story building, set a new record for the highest building in Vietnam with 106 meters. The building has a total floor area of over 32,500 square meters. One third of them (10,400 sq meters) is used for offices.
Phase 2 has been scheduled to be constructed. When completed, this complex will include three buildings. The previous, along with two new buildings, including a 66-storey tower and a 88-storey tower. The complex will be used as offices, shopping centers, observation towers and hotels. As of February 2011, nothing has started on the site.
