club Atlético Madrid, being immediately loaned to S.C. Braga.
However, after a month in the Portuguese club, he was moved back to Vietnam. Kayode signed a contract with Hà Nội T&T, before signing with Atlético. The Vietnamese club put a complaint in Vietnam Football Federation
, demanding to Atlético a €1,42M euros of compensation, because Kayode had broken a three-year contract with Hà Nội T&T, and receiving €212K for an advance.
