The Sand Banks is a Provincial Park located in Prince Edward County in Ontario Canada. The park boasts the largest fresh water sand dunes in the world. (A claim that is disputed, as there is a community on Lake Winnipeg in Manitoba that makes the same claim) The dunes are located on a thin tract of land that separates Lake Ontario from West Lake.
