Sardax is the nom-de-plume for an English
artist based in London
who specializes in fantastical images involving various forms of female dominance
. Sardax is probably the most established of contemporary artist in the FemDom art genre with a worldwide collector base and a best selling book, The Art of Sardax (Erotic Print Society, 2006). He also produces regular artwork commissions for many of the world's leading dominants with his work seemingly an ever-there in any 'chambers' of note.
In 2006, The Art of Sardax (ISBN 9781904989226) was published by The Erotic Print Society. By early 2007 it had sold out worldwide. Later in 2007, ObsessionArt Ltd of London
published Sardax's first ever series of limited edition prints, 'Shanghai Bizarre'.
Shanghai Bizarre involves the viewer in world of decadent pleasures, driven by a society of dominant females. It draws heavily on the atmosphere of Sax Rohmer's Fu Manchu, together with a bizarre twist of 50's underground bondage illustration and a modern quirky English wry humour for good measure. In 2008 the series was published in Skin Two magazine who have credited Sardax on many occasions, along with America contemporary, Michael Manning
as the 'Rolls Royces of the modern fetish art scene'.
