Sathasivam Krishnakumar also known as Colonel Kittu was a well-known commander of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam
(LTTE).
's cousin. He married his girlfriend Cintheya ( a medical faculty student)during the ceasefire period in Colombo
in 1991 and they have no children.

In Britain, Kittu who was an hardliner for a separate Tamil Eelam
threatened Tamils who left the country because of the war to pay money for the struggle. Some Tamils who didn't support Tamil Eelam or the cause made an appeal to the government who eventually deported him.
Eventually Kittu left Britain
and was appointed by Vellupillai Prabhakaran as the leader of shipping's. He went to various countries bringing in weapons and arms into Sri Lanka

surrounded the ship asking him to surrender. He didn't want to get caught and he asked the crew to get off the ship and go to the Indian Navy, while he and his cadres blasted the ship sinking it into the sea. He died on the 16th January 1993.
