. It also gained a certain amount of notoriety by featuring the band members topless
on one side of the picture disc.
The band, including former members of the band Horse, went on a headlining tour of the UK
, culminating in a concert
at London
's Rainbow Theatre. The tour was not a financial success and the band disbanded soon afterwards.
Their album, Magical Love, was produced
by the former Yardbird
, Keith Relf
, and it was first released in February 1973. The album contained somewhat occult themed, psychedelic

The definitive version of Magical Love had a 28 page booklet about cosmology

The process of making the picture disc (a laminate of cardboard with two transparent layers of vinyl) caused the record to be very noisy (bass rumble), so there were a few made in black vinyl with a white label. Customers who complained were sent the black vinyl disc free, and got to keep the picture disc as well.
Magical Love has been re-issued as a picture CD
on World Wide Records (SPM-WWR-CD-0042) without a front cover, so it is possible to view the label through the clear plastic.
