Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is one of Denmark's largest international companies and the parent company of a number of subsidiaries.

STG's primary business is production and sales of cigars, pipe tobacco, rolling tobacco and tobacco bits. But the group also includes the leading Danish everyday goods wholesaler Dagrofa and the amusement park Tivoli in the centre of Copenhagen.

Today STG is No.1 in pipe tobacco worldwide, also Number 1 in cigars in Europe, and number 3 worldwide after Altadis

The ST Group employs approx 9,500 people, of whom 7,400 are in Denmark.

STG has cigar sales companies and production facilities in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, UK, Canada, USA, Dominican Republic and Indonesia, and sells 1.7 billion cigars annually to 115 countries.

STG's smoking tobacco production takes place in Assens and Holstebro in Denmark and ST sells 4,700 tons smoking tobacco annually in 70 countries.
