Seremedy

Seremedy is a Swedish Visual Rock band, originating from Sundsvall/Stockholm. The band started in early 2010.
The band took its form after the project DESSERT disbanded - a band RAY and JENZiiH previously had. When they later recruited guitarist YOHIO and drummer LINDER, they changed their name to Seremedy. Shortly thereafter, vocalist SEIKE was recruited. The band officially started in January 2010.
In March Seremedy held their first gig in the home town of Sundsvall, closely followed by a second gig at
UppCon
:10 in front of more than 500 people. Soon afterm the band was mentioned in the Japanese music magazine CURE
. In July, only a few months later, they were booked as the main act at an event in Russia. During fall that year, the band made a lot of gigs around Sweden.
In March 2011 it was revealed that the band had signed on to Ninetone Records
/Universal Music. The debut single Bulletproof Roulette went straight to number one on iTunes
rating and was ranked as #47 on the Swedish charts. Soon thereafter, they released the maxi-single Seasons Will Change. That spring Seremedy went on tour in Japan. This tour included seven shows in Tokyo and one in Nagoya. Once again, Seremedy was featured in CURE Magazine, now with a full page interview. They played at UppCon that year as well, this time as opening act for Versailles
. Later, they played the Getaway Rock Festival.
During the fall of 2011, the band is scheduled for another Japan tour - including a show at V-ROCK FESTIVAL.
