Serie A Young Footballer of the Year

The Serie A Young Footballer of the Year is an annual association football award. It is presented to the under-24 footballer who has been considered to have performed the best over the previous Serie A
season. It is organized by the Italian Footballers' Association
(AIC) and is part of the "Oscar del Calcio
" awards event.

has won the award the most; he has won the award twice in 2001 and 2003. He is the only player to have won the award twice. Roma
have had the most winners; three players from the club have won the award three times. The first non-Italian to win the award was Slovak Marek Hamšík
