Shatel does not guarantee any speed stability for any of its ART or ECO services on free bandwidth time range or limited traffic time range (limited traffic time speed is only guaranteed if communication operation does not have any down time). That means you only have guarantee to download 3.0 gigabytes per month and nothing more.
