Shelley Lynn Phillips Breen (born May 12, 1969) is one-third of the Contemporary Christian Music
group Point of Grace

After graduating high school, Breen got a scholarship to Ouachita Baptist University
where she majored in vocal performance. At Ouachita she was a member of the Chi Delta women's social club. She hosted gigs at Tiger Tunes, Ouachita's annual variety show, and the Praise Singers, a singing group that travelled across the country putting on concerts. She even auditioned for Truth. Denise Masters
came back to their dorm room late one night and told her about her plans to travel around the country and sing with friends Terry Lang
and Heather Floyd
over that summer. Breen suggested that the trio turned into a quartet, and together they became Say So. Two years and a name change later, the quartet signed with Word Records
and began work on their debut album, which would establish them as one of Contemporary Christian Music
's best-known groups.
