) is an American politician and a former member of the United States House of Representatives
from Washington. He was elected as a Republican
to the 97th United States Congress
and to the five succeeding Congresses. He served from January 3, 1981 until January 3, 1993.
, and he was admitted to Yakima Valley College in 1951. In 1954, he graduated from Washington State University
in Pullman
with a Bachelor of Science
degree. He enlisted and served in the United States Army from 1954 - 1956. He was a partner of the family-owned Morrison Fruit Co., Inc.
From 1966 to 1974, Morrison was a member of the Washington House of Representatives
