. Recipients of a Certificate of Honour are entitled to wear a silver badge known as the Badge of Honour.

Ordinarily, only Singapore citizens could be awarded the Certificates of Honour, but in special circumstances, Honorary Certificates of Honour may be awarded to non-Singapore Citizens.

  • The ribbon is red with a white centre band and a white stripe to each side.
