On January 4,1985 the OpLoc has been established and was name Sitio Pokang,March 18,2005 it has been changed into Sitio OpLoc, June 27, 2011 it has been rename again due to the boundary limitFestivals
During the 5th week of January, they celebrate there festival in Santo (Saint) Niño (boy). Every procession, hundreds of people will join the procession. From Sitio Oploc-Paradise Island 2 and vice versa. During festival the always have program like Ms.Teens, Little Miss Oploc and many more.Boundary Limit
