The original LP album cover folded out into a giant red capsule, bearing the same numbers as Secobarbital capsules from the 1970s. The sleeve containing the actual record was a picture of a woman's tongue with a "red" in the center (the same picture was used for the re-release CD cover). Many references to "reds" have been made on Cheech & Chong's albums and in their films.
