. The EP release was also widely acclaimed and received great scores in music review magazines like SPIN. All four songs would later be performed in Dashboard Confessional's MTV Unplugged performance. The same performance was released as an album in 2002

The album is a concept album
. It chronicles the protagonist as he longs after a girl in "For You To Notice." In the next track, "So Impossible", she asks him on a date. In "Remember to Breathe", a friend is helping him prepare for his date. Finally, "Hands Down" talks about what Carrabba routinely calls "the best day I ever had."
The EP is also notable as Carrabba's only recorded collaboration with former Sunny Day Real Estate
