Music video

The single was accompanied by a little seen music video. In the video a city begins to flood through causes such as a fire hydrant being opened and a giant tap on the side of a building switching on. Scatman sings about Scatland as the water rises. Many shots feature children in a rowing boat and people looking on in wonder as the water rises. A muscular swimmer plunges from his window into the water as dolphins frolic and splash.
