The South American Birdwatching Fair is an annual
event for birdwatchers, held every November at San Martin de los Andes
in Patagonia

. It is described as the birder's principal meeting in this continent, with people from all the world.
A large number of suppliers of binoculars

equipment, plus artists and tour companies, display and sell their wares, and there are lectures, birding outings and trips, fellowship dinner and other attractions. Several workshops will be carried out in order to deepen and/or complement different items such as: migration, photography, ringing and to share actual knowledge among participants.Tourist operators out of South America shall the opportunity on the SABF to join and increase business on the principal market offer in this continent.
