He appeared in 86 games, starting 66 during his collegiate career, scoring 25 goals and adding 34 assists. In 2009 Spencer spent the year with 3 teams from Brasil. From January to June he spent time with Brasilis Futebol Clube of Aguas de Lindoia, São Paulo that competes in Campeonato Serie B of São Paulo. He then switched to Juventus de Jaragua do Sul(Grêmio Esportivo Juventus) in Santa Catarina where the famous futsal player Falcao was the investor of the team. It was here where the team was promoted to first division but due to the players not being paid the team disbanded with new investors and a new staff coming into power seeing Spencer's exit. He then spent a short time with another team in Tubarao, Santa Catarina called Hercilio Luz Futebol Clube but due to the club's inactivity he shortly returned to the United States. During his time in Brasil Spencer spent time at Forward, Attacking Midfield, Right Midfield, and Right back.
