It also serves as the training grounds for the AFC Ajax senior squad. Images of Jong Ajax and Ajax A1 at this site are regularly seen on Dutch television. The letters ajax, visible on the training sites main grandstand, were previously mounted on Ajax old grounds at De Meer Stadion
