Spring Ridge Academy's program addresses four areas: emotional, physical, academic, community.

The campus was originally a home with a barn attached that was remodeled over the years. At first experimental, and only starting with one student, Courtney was able to eventually house a population of 45 girls ages 13–17 and to reconstruct the property. Students are now housed four to a room in a modern facility with living, catering and medical areas, teaching rooms and laboratories, and sports fields and courts. Some of the facilities were in construction as recently as late 2005.

Parents or guardians who enroll students in Spring Ridge Academy pay tuition in excess of $5,000. The average time in attendance is about 15 to 18 months, during which time students are engaged in a four level system wherein more privileges are gradually granted. Girls, in due course, graduate the program, and their parents are advised to continue their education in a structured setting, such as another boarding school.
