McCoy had several lines of this sort, except that he never said "damn it". Only two "swear words" were used on the original Star Trek series (prior to the films); "hell", uttered on only a couple of separate occasions, such as Kirk "Let's get the hell out of here" (City on the Edge of Forever); and "bloody", uttered by intergalactic con-man Harry Mudd (I, Mudd).
You're dead, Jim. - Leonard McCoy
McCoy had several lines of this sort, but he never said "You're dead" to Kirk. This is often attributed when it appears that Kirk dies, particularly in "Amok Time|Amok Time" and "The Tholian Web|The Tholian Web".
