. It runs from U.S. Highway 301 (SR 200) at Maxville east to downtown Jacksonville
via Normandy Blvd. At SR 111
(Cassat Ave), it changes to Post St, connecting U.S. Highway 17/SR 15 where it proceeds to North via SR 211 Riverside Ave East on Bay St, splitting from U.S. Highway 17 (SR 15) at N. Main St. (U.S. Highway 1/90/(SR 5/10), to the St. Johns River
on the Hart Bridge
and then ends at U.S. Highway 90/SR 212 (Beach Boulevard) southeast of downtown. The portion east from downtown is mostly unsigned; part of it is signed as U.S. Highway 1 Alternate.
