SR 739 then turns northward on Fowler Street, and at the intersection with SR 82, it splits into two one-way roads, with southbound traffic using Fowler Street, and northbound traffic turning east on SR 82 for one block and then continuing north on Evans Avenue, which then becomes Park Avenue.
