Arrest
On 7 August 2010, Ganson was arrested outside of a hotel in Haydock, St Helens on suspicion of assault. A number of people were involved in an altercation and an 87-year-old woman was taken to hospital with a suspected fractured hip and cuts to her arm.In November 2010 the CPS confirmed that after investigating the facts no action would be taken against Ganson.
