Stewart Brewing is an independent craft brewery

. It was established in 2004 by Steve Stewart.
It produces hand crafted premium beer in small batches, which are available in approximately 200 real ale pubs in Edinburgh, the Lothian

, the Borders, Glasgow
and Newcastle
. It also sells cask beers from its brewery shop.
Its current cask beer range includes Pentland IPA
, Copper Cascade, Edinburgh No.3, Stewart's 80/- and Edinburgh Gold, and one off brews on a regular basis.
Stewart Brewing also has a range of bottled beers, launched at the end of 2009.
Their bottled beer range includes Embra, Edinburgh Gold, St. Giles and Hollyrood, which won the "World's Best Blonde Golden Pale Ale" at the World Beer Awards 2010.
Stewart's Dopplebock and Pilsen were brewed to start a premium bottle range in 2010.
