Storm was the first and only female Outlaw
, her real name is Donna "Storm" Harkness. She met Tupac during the shooting of a film through a mutual friend. After he found out how well she could rap, he asked her to join his crew, which later became known as the Outlaw Immortalz. On February 13, 1996, Tupac's double LP, All Eyez On Me, was released. Storm guest appeared on three songs, "Tradin' War Stories," "Thug Passion" and "Run Tha Streetz." She was to be introduced as Tupac's solo artist.
Storm also guest appeared on "Hard Labor" on C-Bo
