boxer engine from Subaru that includes the D4S direct injection system from Toyota.
The production version of the BRZ Concept STI is set to be available in production form as the Subaru BRZ in the second quarter of 2012. In the United States, the car will be available as both a Subaru and as the Scion FR-S with only minor differences in the front fascia. In the rest of the world, it will be available as a Subaru and as the Toyota GT 86
(Toyota 86 in Japan).
