. The on stage rounds follow a unique bidding format, where teams bid for each passed question they are confident of answering. Failure to answer a question that the team has bid for will result in the team losing points. According to the organisers, the quiz
aims to test how the students apply science concepts to arrive at answers and helps to spread the message that learning can be fun.
