Additional Information

TOA publishes an annual Cost of Waiting Survey, which looks at the accumulated cost to consumers and businesses, of waiting for in-home services (a delivery, installation or repair/service appointment). The 2011 survey found that waiting for in-home services cost the US economy over $37 Billon annually, primarily through lost wages.
