, based on a concept of viewer-created content. It broadcasts interactive mobile games. The service provides content directed to all adults aged 18 and older and provides a platform for moderated interactive conversation on various topics and interactive games. All programming focuses on user contributions of varying nature (for example, text, audio, video and data transmissions) and the content focus covers a wide range of topics, games and subject matter.

The Category 2 Specialty Service license was approved by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission on February 14, 2011.
