Corporation of Japan to Mongolia, but now, 16 years on, the Group has diversified its portfolio of 12 affiliated companies into foreign and domestic trade, service, tourism and hospitality, manufacturing and real estate industry.

History
- 1995
- The first company was founded and named after the sacred and the highest peak of Mongolia, Mt. Tavan Bogd to deliver photo-processing services of Fujifilm to Mongolia.
- 1996
- Some of the affiliated companies within the Group were founded
- 1997
- Ulaanbaatar Print Co., Ltd was established.
- 1998
- One of the successful daughter companies within the portfolio, “Tavan Bogd Cosmetics” Co., Ltd was born after its appointment of official distributor for “LG Household and Healthcare” from Korea, “Unicharm” from Japan.
- 1999
- Tavan Bogd Construction Co., Ltd was established
- 2000
- Ulaanbaatar Print Co., Ltd was established.
- 2001
- Ulaanbaatar Flour Co., Ltd was founded.
- 2002
- We were honored an exclusive distributorship right from NESTLE S.A from Switzerland which brought us an opportunity to open our new line of business in food wholesaling, “Tavan Bogd Foods” Co., Ltd.
- Appointed as an official distributor of “Bridgestone Corporation” from Japan
- 2004
- Appointed as an official distributor of “XEROX” from USA
- 2005
- Appointed as an official distributor of “Volkswagen AG” from Germany
- Khan Palace Hotel was opened
- 2006
- Appointed as an official distributor of “HENKEL CONSUMER ADHESIVES” Co., Ltd
- One stop, all-in-one FUJIPHOTO CENTER was opened
- 2007
- Appointed as an official distributor of “HENKEL CONSUMER ADHESIVES” Co., Ltd
- The first issue of monthly Group news “Key to Success” was published
- "KEMPINSKI HOTELS", Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group has agreed to manage Khan Palace Hotel under the trademark and license agreement.
- Ulaanbaatar Print Co., Ltd, a leader in printing industry has introduced the world renowned 5 color offset “Heidelberg” Printing machine into its operation.
